Branding that wins instructions, not just attention.
Your brand is on every board, listing and brochure, working for you or against you before you've met the vendor. Whether you're opening your own agency, growing into a new area or watching sharper competitors win the valuations, I build brands that hold their own against the corporate names on your street.

Property brands I've worked with
You're up against franchise brands with national budgets.
When a vendor chooses who sells their biggest asset, the big names arrive pre-trusted. Independent agents, new and established, often arrive with a template logo or a brand that hasn't kept pace with the business.

John O'Sullivan Property Consultants
After years inside major firms, John went out on his own with a downloaded logo and no website. We built the brand around what the big names can't offer: a calm, personal approach from someone who knows South County Dublin street by street. Then we carried it onto his For Sale boards, signage and website.

Warren McCreery
In a city the size of Kilkenny, reputation is personal and everyone knows the established names. Warren's brand had to stand out on the street and still look like a safe pair of hands: on the board, in the window and on the brochure. More than ten years on, Warren says the logo "remains strong, still doing the job we intended it for".

"Barry asked me questions I'd never thought about before. What we landed on is something I'm proud of. It stands out and feels like me."
Property is a trust purchase.
I've spent over 20 years designing for the Irish property sector, from national agencies and developers to independent agents opening their first office. I know what it takes to look credible at either end of the market.
- Wins the valuation: vendors shortlist agents who look the part before they ring anyone
- Protects your fee: a strong brand stops the conversation being about who's cheapest
- Works harder with every sale: each board on each road becomes advertising, not wallpaper

Common questions
I'm launching a new agency. When should branding happen?
As early as you can, ideally before you order boards, print anything or build a website. Changing a brand after hundreds of boards are up costs far more than getting it right first. Even a few weeks before launch is enough to make a big difference.
My agency has traded for years. Is a rebrand worth the disruption?
Sometimes not. If your brand is already trusted locally, a careful refresh may be all you need, keeping what people recognise. If you're losing valuations to better-branded competitors, the disruption is usually worth it. I'll give you an honest view on a call.
Do you work with agencies outside Dublin?
Yes. Warren McCreery is in Kilkenny, for example. Most of the work happens over video calls, with site visits when they help.
New agency, new office or a brand you've outgrown? Let's talk.
A 30-minute call about where you are and what your brand needs to do. No pitch. If you're not ready to talk yet, ask for a free review of your current brand instead.
