As a new consultancy with no existing brand identity, he faced the typical challenges of establishing credibility from day one. Without a strong visual presence, it would be difficult to signal professionalism or stand out against long-established agencies with familiar branding.
The local market was also crowded with traditional, predictable estate agent identities, making differentiation an essential part of the brief. On top of this, Warren needed a cohesive, scalable brand system that would support everything from signage and marketing to online listings and printed materials. To succeed, he required a modern, confident identity that communicated reliability, clarity and a progressive approach from the outset.

The project began with a focused brand strategy phase, where we defined Warren’s core attributes, professional, client-focused, optimistic and contemporary. This strategic grounding ensured that every visual decision reflected the experience he wanted clients to have.
The visual identity centres on a clean, modern logo mark built from stylised rooftops forming the letter “W,” a subtle symbol of property expertise, structure and local knowledge. This was paired with a vibrant colour palette and modern typography to differentiate the brand from traditional competitors. The identity was then expanded into a practical design system that covered stationery, advertising, signage, marketing materials, and digital templates, all supported by clear brand guidelines. The final result gives Warren a polished, trustworthy and cohesive brand foundation he can confidently grow from.
