Although Douglas & Stewart had a long track record and an impressive portfolio, their existing brand identity didn't match the quality of their work or the seniority of the clients they were attracting. The old visual system lacked consistency and didn’t convey the multidisciplinary nature of the business, making it difficult to differentiate from other contractors in a competitive market. Their website, one of their key sales tools, was also outdated, offering limited clarity around capabilities and failing to highlight past projects effectively. To continue winning larger, higher-value contracts, Douglas & Stewart needed a modern, professional brand identity and a website designed to build trust and support lead generation.

This clarity guided the development of a clean, contemporary visual identity built around strength, structure and simplicity. The new logo mark reflects solidity and architectural form, supported by a refined colour palette and modern typography that communicate confidence and professionalism across every touchpoint.
The visual identity system was extended into a full brand toolkit, covering stationery, site signage, corporate materials, vehicle graphics and marketing design. Alongside this, we redesigned the website with a focus on clarity, confidence and usability. A streamlined structure, project-driven content and improved UX were introduced to help visitors understand the firm’s capabilities quickly, while presenting their project portfolio in a more polished, credible way. The result is a cohesive brand and digital presence that better represents who Douglas & Stewart are today, and where they are heading.
